Help Send Students to PMTS!

Fellow PMPA Colleague,

As you are aware, the Precision Machined Products Association is excited to host the 2019 PMTS Conference at the Huntington Convention Center in downtown Cleveland.  This is the only show in North America dedicated to the precision machining industry. With more than 300 exhibitors displaying equipment, products and services to more than 6,000 attendees, PMTS is an international gathering of the manufacturing professionals who are moving the industry forward.  Being in our own backyard, the PMPA Education Foundation sees this as an exciting opportunity to engage the manufacturing workforce of tomorrow.

Since 1999, the PMPA Education Foundation (PMPAEF) promotes industry awareness and funds education, training, and career opportunities in the precision machining industry.  We see PMTS as an exciting opportunity to introduce area students to the precision machining industry where they can see firsthand the tools and equipment being utilized while meeting the leaders of our growing industry.   We also see it as a great opportunity for your company to be introduced to these students as they begin looking for employment beyond their education. That is why the PMPA Education Foundation is looking to partner with YOU!

The PMPAEF will match your $500 donation which will provide for up to 47 students and educators from high schools and technical schools in and around your business to be transported to the PMTS Conference on Thursday, April 4th. This full day of hands on learning will educate students as to the latest technologies and trends in our industry, and will allow them to see what their career may have in store.

Partnering is simple! Once you have committed as a partner, our PMPAEF Executive Director, Jon Kozesky will meet with your local superintendent and share with them this full day of learning that your company and the PMPAEF is willing to provide to their students.  Your company representatives will be able to meet with the students and share with them the story of your business and what you look for in new hires.  In addition, your company information will be included in the student “swag bag”, as well as your company listing on the tshirt distributed to each student.

If you are interested in capitalizing on this day of learning at the 2019 PMTS Conference and meeting the precision machining workforce of tomorrow, please contact our Executive Director Jon Kozesky at (202) 577-3075 or Info@ChangeYourGame.Careers
